What do I receive in my kit?

Each Memories 2 Paint kit includes:

  • Your custom numbered canvas (made from your photo)
  • Acrylic paint pots (numbered and matched to your design)
  • Premium paint brushes
  • A reference sheet to follow while painting

    Everything you need is included — no experience required.

How do I place a custom order?

It’s simple:

  1. Choose your kit size (and frame option if available)
  2. Upload your photo
  3. Complete checkout

    After purchase, our team turns your photo into a paint-by-numbers design and prepares your kit for production.

What type of photo should I upload for the best results?

For best results, upload a photo that is:

✅ Clear and well-lit

✅ High resolution (not blurry or pixelated)

✅ Faces visible and not too far away

✅ Minimal heavy shadows

Tip: If the photo looks good on your phone, it will usually work great for your kit.

Can you edit my photo before creating the kit?

Yes — we can make small adjustments such as:

  • Improving brightness/contrast
  • Removing minor background distractions
  • Cropping to fit the canvas

    If you have a special request, message us right after ordering.

How long does it take to process my order?


Because every kit is made-to-order:

✅ Processing time is 2–4 business days.

During busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times (after processing) are estimated as follows:

  • United States: 9–14 business days
  • Australia: 9–12 business days
  • Canada: 10–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 8–13 business days
  • Europe: 10–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–15 business days

Shipping times vary depending on customs and local carrier delays.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes — Express shipping is available for USA customers only.

We ship express through FedEx and delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after production time.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note: Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment info is entered, especially for international shipments.

Why is my tracking not updating?

This is completely normal.

Tracking can update slowly while your order is:

  • moving between countries
  • being processed through customs
  • handed off to your local courier

Once it reaches your country, updates usually become more frequent.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund.

After 12 hours, your custom artwork may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?


Please contact us ASAP using contact us page on our site.

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address.

If it has shipped, we may not be able to change it.

What if my kit arrives damaged or missing items?

We’ve got you covered. If your kit arrives damaged or something is missing:

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include clear photos of the issue

    We’ll send a replacement part or solution as quickly as possible.

Is this beginner-friendly? I’ve never painted before.

How long does it take to finish a kit?


It depends on the canvas size and how fast you paint, but most customers finish in:
